Homeplate collects the information needed to generate meal plans, save them to your account, personalize your experience, and deliver the notifications you choose.

What we collect

We collect your email address and account details for sign-in and account access. We also store meal-planning prompts, saved plans, edits, grocery-list artifacts, personalization preferences, notification choices, and interactions with weekly-plan emails.

How we use it

We use your information to authenticate you, generate and personalize requested and automatic weekly meal plans, save and edit plans in your account, deliver emails, and understand whether weekly plans help you return to Homeplate.

Email measurement

Weekly-plan emails may use a tracking pixel and tracked links to measure sends, delivery, opens, clicks, authenticated plan views, and edits. Open measurements can be affected by image blocking and email privacy features.

Third-party processing

Meal-generation requests and related plan content may be processed by trusted providers that help operate Homeplate, including providers for AI generation, hosting, storage, and email delivery.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We only use service providers necessary to run the product.

Your choices

You can update account, personalization, automatic weekly-plan, weekly-email, and marketing preferences in Settings. Essential account and security emails remain enabled. You can also delete your account at any time.
